Free Web Sites

Normally to have your own web site you have to register a Domain.  Our domain is www.bettatrading.com.au.  This cost us $29.95 to register for 2 years.  Then you need to have your website hosted.  This one costs us $14 a month.  We used Jumba for both of these are quite happy with their service.

The actual building of the site was free, using the system provided by Jumba.

On the web there are many site advertising free websites.  This is very nice, but read carefully what they are offering.  What exactly is free?  Is it permanently free, or is it just a free trial?  If so, this might be a way of trying it out, but read what it costs you after that.
