Free software

Of course many of us like something for nothing.  It can be attractive to get your software free.  There are many sites offering free software that normally costs a lot of money. Some of these are illegal, and I would suggest staying away from these.

 However some are quite legal and legitimate.   These may well be worth using, but read carefully what you are actually getting.  Often you are downloading a trial version ofthe software.  This can be a good way of trying them out, but, be aware what you are getting.  Some so called free things are not free at all.  I looked at one so called free listing that cost $79 a year! 

We have several browsers on the computers in our internet café.  I down loaded most of these for nothing.  I have had no problems with any of them.
